Beyond what you see, we have made some invisible improvement.

When we design and produce our V3 models, there are several things you can’t not see at the final result. We make our fins of many different layers of fiber with different properties to achieve a strong and flexible fin blade. Not just a type of fiber. To combine all fiber layers we use a specially developed epoxy, which is a further development of an epoxy type which is used in the wind turbine industry for rotor blades. The result is a light, strong and flexible blade.

  • The V3 Carbon fins are specifically designed for spearfishing and freediving. Our V3 model is made of many thin layers of fiber to achieve a fluid transition between each single layer of fiber. We have designed the blades with a very hard sole and a soft and flexible fin tip. In our production we use different types of fiber, with different properties and weaves, are used to produce a blade that is flexible and hardy.

     

    We use a specially developed epoxy, which is a further development of an  epoxy type which is used in the wind turbine industry for rotor blades. This makes it very flexible and able to withstand extremely harsh conditions.

     

    Water rails are very important to create effective momentum. Our water rails are made of high quality silicone rubber, and will not curls curl when pressed together or stretched out, which optimize the water flow and keeps the water on the blade for efficient progress. Water rails have two functions, to protect the blade and to keep the water on the blade.
