Beyond what you see, we have made some invisible improvement.

When we design and produce our V3 models, there are several things you can’t not see at the final result. We have made the V3 carbon blades of many different layers of carbon fiber, with different properties to achieve a strong and flexible fin blade. To combine all fiber layers we use a specially developed epoxy, which is a further development of an epoxy type which is used in the wind turbine industry for rotor blades. The result is a light, strong and very flexible fins.

    We have based our size chard on the EU shoe size and a 5mm wet socks. Barefoot or 1-2mm wet socks, we recommend that you drop down one footpocket size.

  • The V3 Carbon fins are specifically designed for spearfishing and freediving. Our V3 model is made of many thin layers of fiber to achieve a fluid transition between each single layer of fiber. We have designed the blades with a very hard sole and a soft and flexible fin tip. For each blade different types of fiber, with different properties and weaves, are used to produce a blade that is flexible and hardy.


    We use a specially developed epoxy, which is a further development of an  epoxy type which is used in the wind turbine industry for rotor blades. This makes it very flexible and able to withstand extremely harsh conditions.


    Water rails are very important to create effective momentum. Our water rails are made of high quality silicone rubber, and will not curls curl when pressed together or stretched out, which optimize the water flow and keeps the water on the blade for efficient progress. Water rails have two functions, to protect the blade and to keep the water on the blade.


    For all our fins, we have chosen to use Pathos fireblades foot pockets. The foot pocket has ultra thin tendons which allows optimal energy transfer and not loosing power while maintaining minimal foot pocket weight. The foot pockets is glued to the blade, and is not removable. 


    Pathos fireblades are one of the lightest foot pockets on the market, just 370 grams for a size 40/42. The footpocket is made by three different mixtures of pure latex in order to be soft on toes and heel, medium on the side nerves allowing the blade to move freely and hard on metatarsals and the bottom of the foot for stability. The footpocket are made of 100% pure recycled latex, and has a very wide range of size, from 36/38 and up to size 48/50.
