3 mm vest made in Heiwa neoprene. You can use it as a vest under your wetsuit on cold days or as extra insulation in winter.

When wearing a bra, always use lubricant. You can use soapy water or a lubricant made especially for wetsuits, e.g. Slippy.

Maintenance and storage:

Rinse the wetsuit with fresh water after use. When you are not using the suit, the optimal way to store the wetsuit is cold, dry and dark, for example in a cellar. When the suit is to be stored for a longer period, it must be treated with talcum powder on the inside.
